drawings out of date

Why do all drawings associated with a part studio show as out of date when only one part has changed.
This is quite confounding since updates of any drawing take way too long. The circle of death or at least near death.

You have two options. If you are sure that the part in the drawing hasn't changed, don't update the drawing. Alternatively, to prevent drawings from updating when changes are being made to other parts in a Part Studio, create a drawing of a version of the part (Document). If that drawing later needs updating, create a second version in the Document and update the drawing by right-clicking the tab at the bottom.Senior Director, Technical Services, EMEAI5
