How do you move holes/points?

I have made some holes but need to move them, but OS wont let me.
Tried going back to sketch and move the points but OS wont let me move those either.
I can select them, but I don't see how I can move them.
Not getting any move axis arrows like in other cad software when I select them, very strange.

If you fixed the points, click the point, select the fixed constraint that appears and press delete on your keyboard. If the points are dimensioned, double click the dimension value to edit it. If you want axes to move it with use the translate tool in sketch (under the pattern tool).Senior Director, Technical Services, EMEAI5
