The same extrude/remove operation I've used repeatedly is now failing on one specific part

See: Extrude 4 & 6, which are identical to 3 & 5 which worked perfectly.

I've got three other parts using the same original cad file that also worked fine, so there's no logic I can discern.

    For some reason Parasolid does not like it which seems strange. If you can add Fillet 2 after the holes that works. If that is not possible please open a support ticket.

    Wait - the arcs in your DXF profile are not tangent which is quite likely the cause
