Failed to Resolve Instance when loading assembly - how do I remove this?

I've got some parts I deleted, and now they show up red as unresolved in my Assembly. This makes sense... except how do I remove them from the list on the left panel?
Suppress or Hide are options, but that ain't it... I want to Delete! Part not needed.
