Proportionally Resize a Spline

I freehand drew my initials with the spline tool. I like the proportions and shape of the letters and the dimensions are ~32x45mm. This is too big for what I'm making, but I'm struggling resizing the splines without destroying the geometry/shape of the letters.
I was hoping the bounding box would help, but to no avail. Any ideas? Doc is @ https://cad.onshape.com/documents/3d8fc1efb90057f0274f856b/w/1e0379e855853abf1d09aa97/e/7ed48593324e5f4629694759
Should I be dimensioning something specific?
Thank you!
