Problem with importing file

Hi guys,
I've got a problem importing a file from my friend. He asked me to convert *.dxf to *.stl. It is 2d black DXF of curvy knife, which he intends to print. Other source of the knife I have is *.cdr The problem is when importing dxf file to workspace, splines disappear leaving only circles and lines. I suppose it something with the file itself, because another one I wanted to convert, was cleanly imported, but it was a little bit simpler. Can you please help me with this issue?

It is possible that Onshape is having issues with the splines. Can you contact support?
