Anyone know how to finish the thread on this Cap Head Screw, I have tried every way I can see.

See my model: Cap Head Screw. The sketch of the thread is not correct but it should work.

Another solution would be to sweep a part for thread and boolean subtract material away.
Edit: After you get this right you will possibly think how to make the end of thread 'fade away' on top. For this we need loft, which is not available yet.//rami5 -
