Is there a way to export a plane/face as a .SVG?

Having access to have the faces saved as .SVG would make the transformation into CNC easier.

Just RMB click sketch name in Feature list and choose 'Export as DXF/DWG'. With a quick look something like http://image.online-convert.com/convert-to-svg could do the work for you.

With Inkscape, it shows an empty content.
With the online converter mentioned above (http://image.online-convert.com/convert-to-svg) it says that the DXF file is invalid.
I am also looking for a way to export drawings, but can't find any solution. Honestly, an SVG export would be the easiest, as it's a much better documented format, and all the existing tools support it, whereas each DXF reader has its own twirks which makes it incompatible with the other ones.
I am pretty sure it was available in July, when I used it for another project. Was it removed?
