offset of seemingly fully defined sketch appears under defined

I have a sketch where I make a linear pattern, and then make an offset
of the pattern. When I do so, parts of the sketch appear blue, even
though I can not figure out how they are under defined. Before the
offset, the sketch appears fully defined. I have attached an image of my
sketch. Any help is appreciated.

Can you post the link to your document here? Once you do that I'm sure many people on the forum would be happy to investigate.
