offset of seemingly fully defined sketch appears under defined

I have a sketch where I make a linear pattern, and then make an offset of the pattern.  When I do so, parts of the sketch appear blue, even though I can not figure out how they are under defined. Before the offset, the sketch appears fully defined. I have attached an image of my sketch.  Any help is appreciated.
