How can I create a sketch plane from below or above a plane .

traveler_hauptman Member, OS Professional, Mentor, Developers Posts: 419 PROThere is a feature tool called 'Plane' that will create a new plane relative to a surface. Is this what you were looking for?
You can then use that new plane is the same way you use any other surface.
It is also possible to move a surface. Select the surface and then select the Extrude tool.
