Documentation page in a project

I've noticed a few projects (documents) that have a documentation page as an introduction and to give some hints and tips on how to use the rest of the project in your own project. For example see Neil Cooke's Spur Gear (link to my copy is https://cad.onshape.com/documents/0d148f3014a6b9e1f15c0d45/w/efbf701c9b15d595eec13c57/e/ceefd8ea152fd7ac1d07349b). However, I cannot find how to add such a page. Please give some direction.

If that file type can be viewed natively by the browser (PDF, SVG, text, image, video, etc.) then it will display. Otherwise it will be blank with the file info displayed.Senior Director, Technical Services, EMEAI5
