Adding Corner Reliefs

What is the best way to add reliefs to the perpendicular corners of a sketch (or an extrude derived from the sketch ?
I have sketched a rectangle on the face of a previous extrude. I then add a new extrude for this new sketch that removes material from the first extrude. However, this cutout has sharp corners which can not be machined. I need to add reliefs to the corners, and then specify those reliefs in my drawing.
Thanks
