Cannot open a document

Hello people!
When trying to open a document, the system returns:
"Onshape is not connected. Your document is saved. You can refresh the browser to continue working on this document or return to the Documents page."

I've tried different browsers, restarting computer etc. This happens every time. All other documents are OK.

    @vassil_gounev I was able to open this.  If it immediately goes to the disconnected page, you might be losing your connection.  If it keeps happening, send in a ticket to support using the ? menu ->Report a bug.
