Highlight active tab with more visible color

Would be nice if the active window tab was a more prominent color as they tend to get lost on large monitors.

This is true especially if using fullscreen mode when you don't have the tab name on top. I have always Tab explorer open and rarely use bottom bar at all, but I suppose it could use the same blueish color for active tab.

@Bart_Woolery There is separate category for improvement requests and if you add this there it will automatically create a ticket into Onshape system and suggestion can be voted by other users to get higher priority.
