how to make a assemble between a tyre-group and a rail?

i have a rail look like this 
as picture show (red) rail surface  have some radian

and i have a tyre group look like this 

how can i assemble tyre-group inside the rail, and tyre can move by the rail surface ?

my first job ,thank u for all master's reply

    If you share the URL to your doc, we can help you.

    You can create a slider mate between your carrier and the rail (after creation, expand the mate in the tree on the left and edit one of the mate connectors to apply a vertical offset). If you want the wheels to rotate, you can use a rack and pinion relation.
