I need some help to get the Boolean operator working.

After starting the Boolean there appears a small screen which asks for "Tools". What are these ? When I try to enter the parts to be connected by clicking on them nothing happens. The comment is given : cannot resolve entities. How to proceed ?

If you're subtracting Part A away from Part B, then Part A is the Tool and Part B is the target.
If you post a link to your document here I'm sure someone will be able to help you.

Can you post a link to the document you're working on? Booleans only work on solid bodies, are you trying to join sketches or surfaces instead?Jake Rosenfeld - Modeling Team5
