Removing a complex solid geometry from another

I work in the Checking Fixture (CF) industry and I use PTC Creo Parametric 3.0/4.0, and I have the need to subtract the part we are going to control, from a block
(Same thing happens with mould industry, or Progressive Die industry, remove a part from a block to have the negative and the positive sculped figure.)
Is there any command to subtract a complex solid from an extruded rectangle (for example)?
I hope there is a way you could help me
