Having problems making a screw using Sweep

I found this public file and watched onshape's tutorial on how to do this but when I get to the sweep function, it doesn't work.

My problem :

the problem may be in self intersecting body or body of zero thickness created by sweep - it will requare to decrease the width of the thread profile compared to the thread step to solve this

You could also use the Thread Creator custom feature:
