Contersink bore in a sheet metal part

Hello.

I've got a problem with countersink bore in a sheet metal part. It doesn't work.
When I try to make this type of hole Onshape make only simple drilled bore.

First you need to create a "Finish sheet metal model" feature

Actually, you can't create other features like an extrude cut with less depth than the sheet metal thickness.
Here are an example of a cut and a hole before and after the finish sheet metal part feature
