Can't extrude spline problem

Hi! I traced an image with the spline tool and with the line tool, but I can't seem to be able to extrude it. Any help/advice is appreciated... I am a beginner. Attatched is a picture of what I am trying to extrude and a link to a copy of the project.

I tried and could not extrude any region from your sketch, not sure why.

To get it to work, instead of working on a massive sketch with lots of regions, try breaking it down in few sketches with a smaller number of regions ideally with no crossovers or common edges. You could use the use feature from the current sketch in other sketches that worked for me just now.

There are a few issues in your sketch. You should create several sketches as simple as you can.
You could create new sketches based on the existing one and Use (Project/Convert) small areas of your sketch.

You can use the Create selection tool to do it easier
