thickness of a cuboid

After selecting 2 vertex to create cuboid,
How can I get the cuboid thickness by query?

    But without selecting the 2 faces , how can I do that?
    Query the largest area?
    Ive seen qLargest function but dont know how to use it. Am I in the right track or is there something simple to accomplish this.

    By getting the 2 vertices and checking the diff of the x,y,z , how would I know that its giving me the thickness?
