my sketch keep blowing up when i add dimensions

I am working on the first extrude exercise and every time I try and add the dimensions the sketch goes red and cannot be solved. I have gone through several times and modified the realtionships, but I continue to get an invalid sketch. To the best of my knowledge I have followed the steps given to create the sketch.
