imported igs file has translated but is still not visible

I'm not sure why but nothing I've tried to import is showing up...please advise. The sample file won't attach to this question.

@greg_sutton_sydney_australia Can you send in feedback from within Onshape. Use the ? menu -> feedback so we can give you some advice. If the model is all surfaces, That might be the case. Either way we need to get a ticket so we can troubleshoot and look in the logs for you.Lou Gallo / PD/UX - Support - Community / Onshape, Inc.5
