Need help to construct a simple handle controlled air valve

Hi, I'm working on safety equipment within surface maintenance and work. And need some assistance to construct an air valve, that shuts if a handle is not pressed down/ dead mans...
P reassure up to 10 bar.

Any one with experience?

    Are you trying to design a custom air valve? or are you looking for an assembly of purchased components?
