Sweeps not ending flat on the top plane

I have created everything from the top plane. but when I do the sweeps, top and bottom, they do not join properly. Its like the ends of the sweeps are not flat.
can anyone see why this is happening?

If you want to sweep along a perfectly circular path, you can replace your sweeps with revolves, as I've done here:

You can even use your arcs as revolve axes, so this was a particularly easy conversion!5
