why can't onshape open a simple sketch?

erased all cookies and cache, refreshed. circle just spinning. the sketch is like 10 circles and a rectangle.

I can see it just fine.

it took 10 minutes for it to finally work. not good. These are the kinds of things that absolutely destroy people's first impressions of the software.

when created, the circle was spinning for minutes to load the sketch. internet was fine, and other operations in onshape were fine. just that one sketch couldn't load.
