If I sketch a line in Onshape Drawing for example 200mm how can I change it to be 250mm ?
My main question is if you can change length of line you make in Drawing mode?

In most CAD systems, You'd just put a dimension on a line and type the lenght you want it to be.

Yes, I know, but here I put a dimension on line and it only overrides it(it changes the text but not the length).

Here, where? In a sketch in a part studio dimensioning a line will set it to the correct length. Where aren't you seeing this behavior?
HaHave you tried the learning centers self paced courses?

Does not work in drawing mode at this time.
I pretty sure there is a ER for this if you can find it. Was a while back.

Sorry, I meant in Onshape, my bad. And I am not sketching in part studio, I am sketching in drawing, I want to sketch borders for my template.

If you want to make a drawing border the best way to do it, oddly, is to create it as a sketch in a part studio then export it as a dxf. You can the import it into the drawing with the dxf button, to the rightish of the toolbar.
