If I sketch a line in Onshape Drawing for example 200mm how can I change it to be 250mm ?

My main question is if you can change length of line you make in Drawing mode?

In most CAD systems, You'd just put a dimension on a line and type the lenght you want it to be.
Yes, I know, but here I put a dimension on line and it only overrides it(it changes the text but not the length).
Here, where? In a sketch in a part studio dimensioning a line will set it to the correct length. Where aren't you seeing this behavior?

Sorry, I meant in Onshape, my bad. And I am not sketching in part studio, I am sketching in drawing, I want to sketch borders for my template.
If you want to make a drawing border the best way to do it, oddly, is to create it as a sketch in a part studio then export it as a dxf. You can the import it into the drawing with the dxf button, to the rightish of the toolbar.
