How to angle teeth of a gear

Im trying to make dog teeth like annotated below, any ideas on how to make this in onshape? ive tried fillet, chamfer and played around with draft but to no avail.

    The best way is with "Spur gear", you can find this in the
Onchape Add features list
it has all the possibilities
