Help with defining a sketch and future tips

Can someone please tell me how I can define this sketch? Nothing moves when I try moving different sections. Also are there any tips for defining sketches, I feel like I run into this issue quite a bit.

It looks like the fillets are missing tangent relations with the lines. It would be easier to help with a shared public document. Normally the 1.75 and 3.5 linear dimensions shouldn't be necessary or useful. Also consider adding the fillets as features instead of in the sketch.

Do you really want to dimension the 42.177 and not something like the height from the 44.45 to the 12.622 side? I can't really imagine a case where the design intent would be usefully captured by this dimensioning scheme. 42.177, 12.622 and 10.074 are things that are basically impossible to inspect, so this doesn't make a lot of sense mechanically.
