No idea how to crack this one... bending an extruded shape.

Hey,

I'm creating a model of a glasses frame, because my old one broke and I want to 3d print another one. All was well and good, but I have no idea how to give the lens holders a slight bend (that is present in original glasses and required for the lenses to fit).

Here is the document I'm working on. Any ideas?
