Cut/intersect according to two lines on different directions

Please forgive my ignorance. I am new to CAD tools. I want to cut a shape with nice diagonal angle. Can someone guide me step by step to make a smooth slide from one line to another line? Please see the attached.
I want to cut from A to B and C to D (with certain thickness).

This is so far I can do but the shape and angle isn't ideal. I hope someone can guide me a better way to do it nicely.

I solved the instability by adding an intermediate profile. Should be good to go.5

alec_liu, As you said i have created a curved part with 0.3mm thick(i assumed that it is millimeter) you can check "Part 2" in the below link.Which similar to mahir model.

In this particular case, it seems you can do what you're requesting with a simple extrude, but perhaps I'm not understanding exactly what you're looking to do.0

Can it be extrude in different shape? If you can see the Capture_1, I can only do a intersect with a flat plane on either line B,D with point A or line B, D with point C. But I want to keep the A,C line intact, So, it must be some kind of curve that I can keep line B,D and A,C.0

A sweep or loft would probably work. Share a link to your model, and I'll work something up.0

I updated the model. It basically follows @Narayan_K's workflow. It's not very robust, though. The nature of the geometry is such that the loft generated is "wrinkly", and there is also a knife-edge condition. Neither of those things are currently handled very well by OS.0
