Toolbar is missing - shift-refresh does not solve the problem

Happens with new created objects and old one owned by me.

    Have you tried another browser or another computer? This way you can narrow down the cause of this anomaly..

    Can you still access ?-menu --> feedback? If yes, use that and let Onshape know you have such problem.
