Forum bug - autocomplete username outstaying it's welcome - anyone else?

Hi folks.
Is anyone else seeing this issue? Upon entering a user's name the autocomplete field won't go away. Instead it stays active so anytime the enter key is pressed the username overwrites whatever the actual word is.
I'm using firefox v 48.0.2, I'm pretty sure chrome doesn't do this.
I intended to raise a support ticket but couldn't see an option to include a image other than a screen-grab of an OS document.

Happens for me too, very annoying. But it goes away if I hit enter to accomplish auto-complete. But if I just write 'suggestion' will follow and when ever I hit enter it replaces last letters with the suggestion.
Even now, after writing this much if I go in the end of 'lougallo' and hit backspace to remove one space after name I get suggestion to follow cursor. But the again if I hit enter it will disappear and add one 'space' after name.. difficult to explain, I'm too on Firefox 48.0.2

@owen_sparks Not that I can replicate. Can you do a quick SHIFT + Reload and see if this behavior persists? IF it does, let me know..Lou Gallo

It's been happening for months for me, just not been bothered enough to speak up until now. Sorry for that.
Sorry I'm not clear on the "SHIFT + Reload" request. I've used F5 for refresh?
