Safari 10.0 not Exporting

I've updated my system to Sierra which brings with it Safari 10.0

Now it won't export (download) files (STL etc)

My projects still export from Chrome so it looks like it's a Safari problem.

Anybody else getting the same or have any suggestions?

    There is the bug (known/reported) that you get a weird export if you export multiple files in Safari 10 as they come down as foo.zip.stl (just remove the .stl and all works after that)

    The gremlins are fiddling again.  Safari not exporting - anything.

    I've not had the 'weird' export Henry.  Yet.
