Onshape Cow

Hi all, I have a project I am working on at the moment and need a life size cow.
I found this girl who looks great in surfaces with nice spots but I really need her to be solid not surface's. Surfaces are a pain to work with for thsi project. I was thinking this would be ideal as an stl but can't seem to get her in as an STL.
Can anybody help me with a solid cow or stl?

I was able to thicken adjacent surfaces and then combine them with a boolean, but it's a messy process for 1500 surfaces. OS can handle only so many simultaneous surfaces per Thicken.5

I tried to take a look. The problem is the cow gets imported as over 1500 different surfaces. If it was 1 or surface, you could do something with that. But 1500 different surface patches isn't too helpful, especially when OS lacks the ability to joint adjacent surfaces. The only path forward I can see is to import into a more capable CAD package that can process these surface patches into a single water tight surface and create a solid.0
