Needing help splitting a part

I am trying to split this part in 3 'pie' section, but when I use spit part with plane it cuts it in half.

Any ideas?

  You can extrude the lines to make a surface and then split using these but it still takes a few step to the get the result.

  A plane goes off into infinity in all directions other than those directions normal to the plane
