hi, can i export a xt or stl directly to the desktop in my computer (not to the download folder)?

I may be wrong but I think this will be a browser setting not an OS setting. Owen S.

If you go to your browser settings you can set the download location or have the browser ask you for a location each time. This is not something that Onshape can control.Senior Director, Technical Services, EMEA5

What @owen_sparks says. Somewhere in the "Advanced settings" if you are using Chrome and I imagine something similar in other browsers. This will of course direct all downloads to the new destination, it won't be OS specific.0

In Chome, I have the "ask where to save file before downloading" checked, then you can spec path or just change the default Download Location.
