Loft, using a projected line as guide?

I have been trying to loft a solid surface, I created a projected line to use as a guide but it simply does not work. I have Pierce every profile but it just highlights red. it works when I make a surface loft but the surface is not smooth in between the profiles.
does anyone know why this happens?
or how to smooth out a surface loft?

    Hi @lenin_hercules your document will already be public if you are on the public plan. You can always create a cut down version and post the URL for that if you prefer.
