used a threadcreator now part crashes

Hi 
I've used the ThreadCreator on a part and my part won't reload and says I should go to support with my support code 71def6fc9879c21c51064c11 if it won't go away.
Please help, thanks :smile:

    You should be able to restore the state before adding ThreadCreator from Versions And History page for this document.

    If you share your document with Onshape support and post a link here, I'll fix it for you
