Thought I'd made that public - it is now. Although the sizes are based on the spec (from a supplier's website), it doesn't include every permutation. I used this as an example to see how far I could push configurations to be more like a configurator.

Good news, Onshape has automatic part numbering built-in already! If your organization has Release Management turned on, you can define part numbering schemes, and then assign part numbers from a release package, from the part properties of a part, or even from a BOM in an assembly.
