Drawing management list tool

i was wondering how to create a list of all my drawing for my project.
i don't want to go and get manually all the drawing of my project and convert it to a PDF.
and how to manage which drawing goes first?
something like the Autocad Publish Sheet list
i think it could be done directly into the Insert View in the drawing in OnShape.
instead of just having the Option of insert a Part or a Assembly, if we could have insert a Drawing.
then all the page would be in the order that we want.

Not sure if this as been discussed else were?

I don't think we as users can move posts but if you press the quote button then you'll at least be able to cut and paste into a new IR.

I agree there needs to be a better way to manage drawings, making them easily accessible to those not familiar with the project, or Onshape. This may then avoid the need to export pdf's.  I am not sure however you would want the drawings on the assembly part insert dialogue. I think what you are after is a similar way to display drawings, as parts and assemblies are laid out on this dialogue.  Release management (with the pro license) can also play into this, with revisioned and released drawings, enabling watermarks on in progress drawings and obsoleting old rev's.

Not sure if this helps but 2 current methods I use the find drawings are:

    1.  From the Tab Manager

    2.  From the home screen search.

i do the same for the Drawing Folder,
but you still need to print them (Export) them manually one by one
instead of the insert assembly/part it could be on the sheet insert
so instead of inserting a sheet it could be a drawing.

i made a request on this.
