Hole Feature & Extrude bug?

I've tried every way to make holes and for some reason, I can not get holes to generate in this part anymore. I had no problem at first now they will just not generate. I keep getting an error message saying: "Extrude did not regenerate properly: Sheet metal model cannot be built". Why is this? I had no problem extruding holes anywhere else in the part
