Annotation Default value from other Annotation

It is possible to assign as default value of an annotation the value assigned in other annotation?

        annotation { "Name" : "Tipo de soldadura", "UIHint" : ["REMEMBER_PREVIOUS_VALUE", "SHOW_LABEL"] }
        definition.weldType is WeldType;

        annotation { "Name" : "Lado opuesto", "UIHint" : "REMEMBER_PREVIOUS_VALUE", "Default" : false }
        definition.buttOtherSide is boolean;

        if (definition.buttOtherSide)
        {
                annotation { "Name" : "Tipo de soldadura", "UIHint" : ["REMEMBER_PREVIOUS_VALUE", "SHOW_LABEL"], "Default" : definition.weldType }
