why is my document view only?

i need to continue with a project but it is only opening as a view only

    Hi Craig, I assume the last time you worked on this was over a year ago? At the end of 2016 we discontinued private documents for public accounts. Since your documents are private, they can no longer be edited using the free account.

    You can either:
    1. Make the documents public and continue to use the free account.
    2. Upgrade to a professional account.
    3. Request a trial for a professional account.
    4. Export the documents in a neutral file format.

    You can right-click on it and choose make public
