Is there a fine adjusting function for moving spline control points?

Looking for tool to adjust spline control points while in sketcher.  The mouse movement is too course.

    One less obvious thing is you can constrian control point to sketch geometry.  So you can zoom in, and constrain to say a vertex on a construction line and then change the dimension of the line rather than fiddle with the mouse.

    That will work.  It would be nice if the curvature stayed on when adjusting.  Thanks for the quick response.

    You can always create construction lines at the node points. Then control the lines.
