Duplicating or Splitting a Part

I need two hinge bars. I have drawn one. How should I make the second? Do I have to make it in a new part studio or can I duplicate it or split it in the same part studio? Here is an example:

@bart_harris You can use Transform with the copy function.
Here is the final. Make a in place copy with transform, then use a single sketch to do the cuts and assemble..

Whereas the other works to duplicate whole parts, or faces on parts.
("Faces" is a checkbox option within part-level "linear pattern")
