How do my students get their certificate after completing sections of the learning pathways?

I have several students that have emailed me and said they can't get their certificate after they completed OnShape Fundamentals: CAD. How do they get these certificates and can they send them to me, their teachers, so I have record of there work.

Hey @david_cornwell283, for a certification of completion on a self-paced course you must go through each lesson and page in the course.
First, make sure you are signed in. To make this as easy as possible. Have your students access the learning center by going through cad.onshape.com first, and then clicking on the learning center button.
You will see green checkmarks and bubbles when you have completed a page in the course outline. It takes about 3 seconds on the page for it to turn green. Some courses have a feedback section at the end- those courses require the survey to be completed as well to complete the course. Feedback is great for us to deliver more and better material to you however, you can skip questions if you like.
From here you can see your certificates and completed courses from the learning center dashboard here: https://learn.onshape.com/learn/dashboard
I would suggest, asking for screenshots of this page from students to help track or diagnose any issues.
