Is it possible to create a sketch I can reuse in different part studios? Like a drillingpattern for some standardparts.

Yes @axel_kollmenter, the "Derive" feature in a part studio will let you choose sketches, surfaces and solids that you may want to reference from another part studio or from the part studio of another document. A common best practice here is to create a library of documents with the sketches you need that you can pull some of this standard data from. Here is an example of how to use Point derive with sketches, you will need to add it to your toolbar:

Yes. Sketches can be derived or inserted like parts, they can also be copied and pasted if you don't want it linked.
Something I have found helpful is to use Offset surface, to create a surface of the closed regions of the sketch. Then when I derive the surface, I can easily transform it then reference it similarly to a sketch.
It is also possible to configure the sketch so that when you derive, you can choose how many holes you would like your template to have. Most inputs can be configured.
A great way to derive and transform all at once is with @Alex_Kempen's custom feature Point derive.

Thanks @mlaflecheCAD and @MichaelPascoe for your fast answers.
@mlaflecheCAD Now the sketch snapped automaticaly to the origin. Can I reposition it?

@axel_kollmenter, see my comment above for repositioning. Usually a Transform would be used, but sketches can't be transformed in the part studio, only assembly studios. So it will either need to be a surface, or use the custom feature Point derive.
Edit: The way to move things in Onshape is with the Transform tool. It is best practice not to use this unless deriving parts.
Also, check out the Self Paced Courses in the Onshape learning center. They are fantastic.
