Is it possible to create a sketch I can reuse in different part studios? Like a drillingpattern for some standardparts.

A common best practice here is to create a library of documents with the sketches you need that you can pull some of this standard data from. Something I have found helpful is to use Offset surface, to create a surface of the closed regions of the sketch. Then when I derive the surface, I can easily transform it then reference it similarly to a sketch.
It is also possible to configure the sketch so that when you derive, you can choose how many holes you would like your template to have. Most inputs can be configured.
A great way to derive and transform all at once is with @Alex_Kempen's custom feature Point derive.

@mlaflecheCAD Now the sketch snapped automaticaly to the origin. Can I reposition it?

Edit: The way to move things in Onshape is with the Transform tool. It is best practice not to use this unless deriving parts.
Also, check out the Self Paced Courses in the Onshape learning center. They are fantastic.
